As war bears down upon them all, Feyre must decide who to trust amongst the dazzling and lethal High Lords-and hunt for allies in unexpected places.

In this thrilling third book in the #1 New York Times bestselling series from Sarah J. Maas, the earth will be painted red as mighty armies grapple for power over the one thing that could destroy them all.

The highly anticipated third installment in the A Court of Thorns and Roses Series was released this week. I've posted several posts on this series about how much I love this series and book purchases, etc. I'm currently in book bliss reading ACOWAR. There are so many scenes that have blown my mind and I don't want this book to end. I'm savoring every word, every chapter as I wrap my head around how talented SJM is. There were scenes that had me on pins and needles.

There are a lot of favorites for me in this book and as I was reading it was like watching it all play out like I was there with the characters.  I love these characters as they have become like family so I care deeply about what happens to them.

So much so that this happened:  I tweeted this on ACOWAR B-day

Has anyone else ever felt this way about a book?

SJM continues to amaze me with her writing. I live for her characters. I just want to thank her for sharing her stories with us. To anyone who hasn't started this series, I beg of you please give it a chance - you won't be dissappointed. Note: It's Thursday as I write this post so I still have less than 100 pgs left to read so I don't believe I'll be finish by the time that this post goes up but if I had to rate the book on what I've read so far then I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

I also received my coveted personalized copy that will complete my collection. Yay!

My Precious!

Marathon Read: A Court of Thorns and Roses Series by Sarah J. Maas

Hey Peeps! It's almost that time for the long awaited conclusion to the A Court of Thorns and Roses Trilogy by Sarah J. Maas. Let the count down begin! I'm so stoked to see what adventure and dangers await for my favorite characters. I'm just excited rereading these books. I want everything fresh in my mind before I start the final book. I can't even be sad since there will be three more books set in this world. I wonder whose stories SJM will tell? Hmm...

You check out my review of the first 2 books by clicking on the book.

I have a signed personal copy on the way and I can't wait to put it on my coveted shelves.

Is anyone else planning on rereading this series before A Court of Wings and Ruin is released May 2nd?

Sarah J. Maas Galore!

For those of you that follow me know that I'm a huge fan of Maas's work. I'm so in love with her books and I don't know what I would do without her creative genius in my life. All of her books, even the novellas have received 5 starred reviews from me.

I recently pre-ordered a personalized signed copy of A Court of Wings and Ruin to complete my ACOTAR series. I will also be doing the same for her Throne of Glass Series. Her heroines are my favorite types to read about. They are so bad-ass! I have all of the ebooks too but I had to get the HCs for my bookshelves. One of my wishlist goals is to meet the Awesome SJM. It's going to happen darn it! Her books have brought me so much joy. When life is stressful, I can just delve into her world and I feel so much better for it.

Look at my lovelies!

This has become one of my favorite series and anything that Sarah writes is an auto-buy for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this series. The characters and the world that Maas created is beyond amazing and I fell in love with everything about Feyre's world. This is a series that you don't want to miss!

Perfect for fans of Kristen Cashore and George R. R. Martin, this first book in a sexy and action-packed new series is impossible to put down!

I have to tip my hat off to Sarah. She’s an impeccable storyteller. Every book that she’s written has received 5 starred reviews from me and that has to mean something on a short list. Every time I finish reading one of her books, I just sit back in awe. A Court of Thorns and Roses takes you on a surreal adventure that you want to escape into. This book had me sitting on the edge of my seat.

With well-crafted characters and a magical world of mystery and enchantment, I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. I don’t know how Sarah comes up with her stories; she’s just brilliant! The intricacies in the plot are cleverly written and awe-inspiring. I didn’t want this book to end.

I’ll be waiting on pins and needles for the next installment because it’s more than likely that the journey that lies ahead will be just as treacherous for the cast. If you’re reading this review then listen closely: It’s A.MUST.READ!  I can’t express enough how great this book is, you won’t be disappointed.

I've heard so many great things about this book! I'm a picky girl and all of Sarah's books have received 5 stars from me & that says a lot. She is an auto buy author for me and I just know that I'll love this book just as much as her Throne of Glass Series.

After I read this book, I'm going to come back and poll everyone on a question that I asked Sarah: On a scale of 1-10, how does Tamlin stack up against Dorian on Hotness? Her response was: This is literally the hardest question anyone has ever asked me. Well, I don't know about you people, but that says a lot so let's get this question answered! I'm so excited to meet Tamlin!

Review: Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas

CROWN OF MIDNIGHT (Throne of Glass Series, #2)  by Sarah J. Maas
Publisher: Bloomsbury USA
Publication date: 8/27/13
Pages: 432
Age range: 12 - 17 Years
Source:Netgalley
She is the greatest assassin her world has ever known.

But where will her conscience, and her heart, lead her?

After a year of hard labor in the Salt Mines of Endovier, eighteen-year-old assassin Celaena Sardothien has won the king's contest to become the new royal assassin. Yet Celaena is far from loyal to the crown – a secret she hides from even her most intimate confidantes.Keeping up the deadly charade—while pretending to do the king's bidding—will test her in frightening new ways, especially when she's given a task that could jeopardize everything she's come to care for. And there are far more dangerous forces gathering on the horizon — forces that threaten to destroy her entire world, and will surely force Celaena to make a choice. Where do the assassin’s loyalties lie, and who is she willing to fight for?
Throne of Glass was one of my favorite reads of 2012. It was one of those novels that you devour. So, I had great expectations for Crown of Midnight and the anticipation was enough to make me go stir crazy. To say the least, Crown of Midnight did not disappoint. I gobbled this novel up like there was no tomorrow.

Everyone knows I like strong heroines and Celaena has become one of my all-time favorite heroines. She could kick your ass from ten ways to Sunday.  Celaena went through a complete transformation and retribution was imminent.  I would break my neck trying to cross the street if I saw her coming. Sarah gave me everything I could want in this book and more. The characters in this series are unforgettable and the action and mystery kept me on the edge of my seat.  I was glad to see a different side a Celaena.  I have to mention Dorian and Chaol. These men are loveable in their own way and I can’t wait to see where their paths will lead in the next book.

There were surprises around every corner and some mind boggling revelations. This series is a must read. I would recommend it to anyone who will listen. If you haven’t started this series yet, now’s the time to jump aboard. With a well-crafted plot, unforgettable characters, and kickass action, you won’t be disappointed.
